- Purpose of collection: To load the Site accurately for you and to perform analytics on site usage to optimise our Site.

- Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor – WordPress/Elegant Themes, booking platform – Acuity Scheduling, and payment gateway – Stripe.

- When you leave comments on the site Calmer collects the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
Order and customer service information
- Purpose of collection: To provide products or services to you to fulfill our contract, to process your payment information, arrange for shipping, and provide you with invoices or order/delivery confirmations, communicate with you, screen our orders for potential risk or fraud, and when in line with the preferences you have shared with us, provide you with information or advertising relating to our products or services.
- Disclosure for a business purpose: Shared with our processor – Elegant Themes/WordPress; accounting platforms and payment gateways – Acuity Scheduling & Stripe, marketing platforms – Mailchimp.
- Personal Information collected: Name, billing address, booking details, email address, and phone number.
Cookies
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. This is for your convenience, so you do not need to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

All users can request to see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
